Russell Fitzpatrick is an internationally experienced senior manager, having been appointed to the Boards of 4 Unilever plc companies. Currently CEO Weben Partners. Prior to this, was Managing Director of Bic UK, with responsibilities extending to Chairmanship of Ireland, Scandinavia and General Manager of Sheaffer Europe. Previously held a Board position with an international Management Consultancy. Experienced in Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, General Management, Consumer/Customer and Shopper Marketing from the perspective of international blue chip manufacturers, retailers and from within an international management consultancy firm.


Tjaart Minnaar advises several South African blue-chip companies and has international consulting experience in the areas of Business Strategy Development, Strategy Execution, Culture Development, Organisational Change, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. His specific area of interest is the design of large-scale organisational performance improvement processes of which he has lead numerous projects in the FMCG, Financial services, Engineering, Construction and Mining industries as well as for parastatals and local government bodies. As a testimony to his success, several of his clients have scooped the overall prize or won categories in the Deloitte Best Company to Work for Survey. Tjaart is the founder of 2Collaborate and Partner at Weben Partners.


Peter Beales has over 30 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Insights within FMCG industry across Asia Pacific. Currently Partner at Weben Partners, Peter’s previous roles have covered multiple categories, channels and markets including developed, emerging and white space. Peter’s real expertise is in uncovering Insights that lead to strategies for sales and marketing opportunities that deliver sustainable growth. He is also an experienced developer and facilitator of a range of Sales, Marketing and Insight capability programs.


Dave van Eeden is a seasoned Organisational Effectiveness and Human Resource professional with extensive broad based people and organizational experience. He has consulted to many organisations and has held senior positions in Human Resources and Organisational Effectiveness at Libstar, the University of Cape Town, Tiger Brands, Woolworths (SA) and Sentrachem.

Currently Associate at Weben Partners, Dave was previously a partner in HR Global Innovation, an international Higher Education Human Resource consultancy, and recently edited a book entitled “The Role of the Chief Human Resource Officer” under the auspices of Knowledge Resources.


Tracey Johnson is an internationally experienced manager, currently Marketing, Communication and Learning Consultant at Weben Partners. With a passion for brand building and shaping user led strategy, Tracey has worked on a diverse range of strategic, innovation and learning challenges. Building sales and marketing capability for global clients Tracey contributes to digital learning projects as a content creator and is an experienced LMS manager. Prior to joining Weben Tracey was Group Brand Manager Natural Health Care at Boehringer Ingelheim in the United Kingdom. Previously was Group Brand Manager Oral Care at Colgate Palmolive and worked across several leading categories at Unilever.


Rupert Sutton is an experienced FMCG Commercial Director with 14 years Asian and 6 years European experience. He has global expertise in strategy development, consumer and trade marketing, CRM, research, and sales category management. He has a strong track record of dedicated leadership, strong communication and presentation skills, excelling in multi-cultural and challenging work environments. Rupert is fluent in Japanese & French.  He has extensive experience in assessing diverse and complex markets, generating growth and business expansion demonstrating strong competence and emphasis in building valuable customer relations and applying technology to new product development.


Steve Asplen is a highly regarded strategy and learning specialist, currently associate at Weben Partners. Steve has extensive management and executive board level experience within both corporate and private equity environments. Following a 10 year career with Mars Confectionery in a range of UK sales and commercial roles, Steve worked as a Client Director in an international consulting firm prior to joining Nestle to run the UK Out of Home Business across Beverages, Food and Confectionery.  He then joined the Brakes management team as Sales and Marketing Director following the acquisition of the business by US private equity firm.


Hennie Brittz has been in the consulting industry for the past 8 years and has been involved in a diverse number of projects across Africa. Hennie headed up the Marketing division at a well-established consulting business, specialising in Management Consulting, Talent Management and eLearning. His experience span from digital marketing, traditional marketing, brand strategy, communications, business intelligence and events management. The events Hennie managed attracted significant social media attention and won the Skillsoft eLearning Event of the Year.
